Sin

Thoughts enter in and exit out;
Darkness dwells in fear and doubt.
Let them not enter the heart, but go
As fast as they come, unbroken flow.
The mind is dark and dank and bare;
The heart is where one learns to care,
And those whispers uttered in the night
Come out strong when there is no light.
The power of darkness over the mind
Can never touch the heart in kind
Unless one lets said darkness in;
That is when one starts to sin.
