Silver Streams
Streams of silver run their course to the sea,
Molten starlight that flows ever onward by me.
Sunset
captured and thrown back to the skies,
One last reflection born as the daylight dies.
The shore and the sea meet, eternal embrace,
And in the river I see his handsome face.
A promise I
made is a promise I kept
When I walked to the cliff above and wept.
Teardrops are joined with the silver streams,
Tying my pain with the man of my dreams.
Twin hearts
beat wildly, the other side
Holds the home of my love, our hearts collide.
The anguish in his eyes is a mirror to mine.
The river runs swift as our hearts entwine.
Find me,
my love, where silver meets sea,
And we'll fly on rapture's wings into eternity.
For love has the power to transcend time,
Stronger than death and older than rhyme.
Meet me on double
shore at stroke of midnight,
And we'll sail above silver streams of starlight.
